ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 3.59

 

 

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting on June 8, 2020, commencing at 7:00 p.m., at the Town of Ripon Town Hall, N8191 Douglas St., Ripon, WI, in addition to all normal Town business, the Town of Ripon Board approved and adopted the revised :

 

Ordinance 3.59:  An Ordinance Rescinding  and Recreating Chapter 3.59 Establishing a Municipal Court, with all the municipalities listed. Changes to the ordinance include adding the Village of Saint Cloud and the Town of Fond du Lac the list.

 

The full text of Ordinance 3.59 may be obtained at the town clerk’s office at N8191 Douglas St, Ripon, WI.

            These Town Ordinances 3.59 shall be effective the day after this publication pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 60.80.

The Town of Ripon has taken extreme care in making sure that the voters and the election workers are provided with a safe environment.
